El Proyecto 2021_2038, presentado en mayo de 2022, aborda la Ley que modifica la ley 30493, que regula la política remunerativa del auxiliar de educación en lo que refiere al cálculo de la compensación por tiempo de servicios a razón de una remuneración íntegra mensual por año vigente al momento de su cese y por los años laborados. Tras su evaluación en comisión, el proyecto continuó su trámite sin un resultado final aprobatorio en los registros disponibles. El último estado identificado fue del 11 de agosto de 2022 y el documento permaneció en trámite por un periodo de 3 meses. Finalmente, el 10 de agosto de 2022 se promulgó como la Ley N° 31552.
